Little Goose Toys is pleased to offer free standard shipping on most orders over $125 within the 48 contiguous United States. The order must total $125 after all discounts or promotions are applied. The free shipping promotion is not available on certain oversized items, which will be noted in the product description.

Shipping InformationLittle Goose Toys ships all items that are in-stock using USPS or UPS. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know. Little Goose Toys reserves the right to ship packages of a certain size or weight via UPS or USPS. We will email you with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimated and not guarantees, and are calculated from the day that the package is delivered to the carrier, NOT from the day the order is placed.

Oversized ItemsOversized items require special shipping considerations. Extra heavy or bulky items are considered oversized by our carriers. A surcharge will be added to the shipping price of these items and will be shown in your cart upon checkout. Express shipping is not available for these items.

Delivery to Post Office Boxes

Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses will ship via the USPS.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO

We ship using USPS to these locations. Please note that free shipping and express shipping are not available for these locations.

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout. Little Goose Toys will pass on the charge to customers for packages that need to be re-routed during delivery or for packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address.

Lost PackagesIf your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier (the company that delivered your order) within 48 hours and request that they place a trace on the package. If the package cannot be located, you will be refunded for the cost of the items only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We check all orders prior to shipping in order to make sure items are in perfect condition. If an item is received and it's damaged we will ask that you go immediately to your local post office or UPS store, whichever delivery method was used, and file an insurance claim. In most instances, the local post office and UPS will want to see the shipping box and have the damaged item in their possession before processing a claim.

Sales Tax

Little Goose Girl L.L.C and Little Goose Toys operates in Pennsylvania and are required to collect a 7% sales tax on items shipped to a Pennsylvania address. Products shipped to addresses outside of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax.

We will accept returns within 5 days of the shipment's receipt. Final Sale items in our Sale section may not be returned.

•Items must be returned to us in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached.

•If the item is damaged, we will pay for return shipping. If buyer decides they are no longer interested in the product, buyer is responsible for shipping back to Little Goose Toys.

•If an item is damaged, please send a photo so that we may see the damage.

•Shipping fees and gift wrap fees are refundable ONLY if Little Goose Toys deems the item was damaged in transit. Otherwise, shipping fees and gift wrap are non-refundable.

•Refund will be made in the form of the original payment.

•All sales become final 5 days after you receive the item(s).

•For free shipping offers, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

•Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.

•Please contact us immediately upon receipt of package to report any defects.

How to Return

Contact us via email or phone letting us know the reason for Return and we will send you the information on where to ship the package. Please make sure to pack the item(s) carefully by using the original packing material, if possible. We will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. We highly recommend that you send your package in a manner that is trackable such as UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation to ensure receipt of your return. We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns.We will notify you via email when your return is processed and your refund issued. It typically takes one week to process a return and issue a refund once we receive your item(s).

Gift Return

For gift returns, refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit and a code will be e-mailed to you (if email is provided) or mailed to the shipping address on the original order for future use.

Exchanges

We are not able to accept exchanges. Please place a new order.

Cancelling an Order

Cancellations made more than one (1) hour after the original order was placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the order.
