Quick Ship Items All quick ship items are sourced from our North Carolina warehouse in Greensboro. These items are typically ready for shipment and will arrive at your location within 3 weeks. Out of Stock & Custom Items If an item is out of stock, our standard delivery timeframe is 10 weeks. This extended timeframe is due to the fact that many of our products are imported directly from Europe, where they are meticulously crafted to meet our rigorous quality standards. The additional time ensures that your purchase undergoes the necessary production and quality control processes before it reaches you. Returns & Exchanges We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer the following options: • Returns: Orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The refund amount will equal the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping. • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt to receive store credit for the full purchase price without incurring a restocking fee.
