30-DAY GUARANTEEIf you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from Cue & Case, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund or exchange it for the same item. Cue & Case will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping, handling, and a 20% restocking fee) to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Original shipping costs (if applicable) and return shipping costs will be at the purchaser’s expense. Items may not be exchanged or returned after the 30 day post purchase period has expired.
