Most orders over $50 ship for free. Furniture and large-oversized items ship for a $150 fee per item. As soon as we receive and verify payment we will ship via FedEx or UPS. Please allow up to 5-15 business days for your order to arrive.
Orders that require LTL (freight truck) are delivered curb side only. If any other services are required that will need to be negotiated between you and the freight company. Our normal shipping is for the lower 48 states. If you would like to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, please email cs@lightingdesign.com for a quote. We do not ship internationally currently.
Returns from Lighting Design Store
Return Policy: We do not accept returns for Visual Comfort, Arteriors, Capital, or custom fixtures.
For all online orders, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and cannot be installed. We cannot accept the return of any installed items. ALL returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) on all returns. No credit will be given to orders that arrive without an RMA. All purchases made on our website must be handled and returned to our online sales department. To initiate a return please call 844-461-3633 or email cs@lightingdesign.com .
Damaged Items: While it does not happen often, items will sometimes come damaged. Once your item arrives, it is your responsibility to inspect for damages and make sure everything is correct. If you encounter a problem with a fixture or a damaged item, we must receive notification within 72 hours of receipt to initiate a claim.
