Shipping will be processed with 1-3 business days. When we can we try and ship out that same day if it is within business hours. If not by the next day. The order is packaged and shipped within this time frame. Then the package is dropped off to the specific shipping company that was selected with purchase.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the entire order. The system will offer you the best shipping price and option for your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. Within this email you will find your tracking information as well as an estimated delivery date. Once we have dropped your package off to the shipping company, we are only able to see the tracking info they provide.

Shipping Protection:

We offer Route shipping protection as an insurance for your orders. We highly recommend adding this to your order as this will cover if something should happen to your order once we have dropped it off to the shipping companies. Without purchasing Route we cannot guarantee coverage for items lost or damaged. Route will insure your orders and you can reach out to them directly should you need a refund or a replacement. Keep in mind replacements will only be available if we still have that item(s) in stock.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check your tracking information to verify your package was received.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@mamalulu.co . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address and instructions on how to send the items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@mamalulu.co .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can replace the item for the same print and style if available in stock, or we can provide store credit for equal value paid. If you prefer a refund/return, w e’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for an exchange.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
