All items are shipped, FOB, from our warehouse in Lawrenceburg, KY. Small packages, with Free Ground Shipping, are shipped using UPS or USPS for shipping and are boxed/packaged accordingly. Monster Rings and Cages is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

In stock items that are shipped via small package service usually ship the same day or the next day. Made to order, custom items, and any ring, cage, or similar unit will ship when ready. These items will ship on pallets, via national truckline. Additional shipping charges will be payable. Palletized items do not have free shipping.

SHIPPING DAMAGES : Monster Rings and Cages are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. If you receive an item and the box, pallet, or container seems to be damaged, you must note this as DAMAGED on the paperwork/electronic signature device. If you do not make a notation of damages, we will most likely be unable to help you in filing a claim against the truck line, UPS, etc. It is your responsibility to inspect everything before the delivering driver leaves. When we ship pallets with rings, cages, etc. we always take a photo and send it to you to compare when your shipment arrives. Actual damages will be by the shipping company and not Monster Rings and Cages.

Please note, paint scratches and chipping are not considered damages. Shipping large pieces of heavy steel can easily cause paint to rub off, get scratched, chip or peel off. This is not shipping damage since all paint can easily be touched up.

Critical damages during shipping - while very rare, a truckline may damage something and render it unusable. If that is the case, take as many photos as you can, be sure to sign the paperwork as damaged and contact us. We will help you with the shipping claim. Remember, we are not responsible for shipping damages. Do not use the equipment if it has been critically damaged. Thankfully this happens only very rarely.

We have a strict NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION on any order that is manufactured by us, including wrestling rings, boxing rings, MMA cages, cage panels, punching bag racks or stands, or any equipment that we manufacture. Once we receive an order, the equipment is part of our production and cannot be canceled or refunded, for any reason.

The same NO REFUND / NO CANCELLATION policy applies to all custom made items, including all printed items and non-stock sizes. Any custom made and made to order products are subject to this policy.

RETURNABLE ITEMS: in-stock items that we are able to ship using ground shipping, including ring canvas mats, ring ropes, corner pads, turnbuckle pads, boxing and wrestling ring accessories, and certain MMA cage accessories may be returned based on the following rules.

First, we must be contacted to approve a return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. The product must be in it's original form and be able to be resold. The product must not have been used at all.

The product will be inspected and the return will be either approved or denied, based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your credit or debit card will be reimbursed for the following, only. The original amount, LESS the original shipping costs for us to ship the item to you. Even if an item has FREE GROUND SHIPPING, there were costs incurred to ship to you. We will deduct these costs and we will also deduct the credit/debit card processing fee and refund the difference.

MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT: In the very rare instance that a product has a defect from the manufacturer, do not use the product. Once used it cannot be returned. Take photos and contact us with the photos and details of the defect. A manufacturer's defect would be extremely rare, as most items have been inspected prior to shipping, many times. Should there be a manufacturer's defect, follow the above rules and we will instruct you what to do from that point.
