Refused International Packages / Restocking Fee

If an international package is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, tariffs, import fees, or other carrier-related charges, the order may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product total .

Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties, brokerage fees, carrier fees, customs fees, tariffs, or any other costs charged to Battleford Boutique as a result of the refused shipment may also be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.

Refunds or store credits, where applicable, will be processed only after the refused package has been returned to Battleford Boutique and assessed.
