Order changes and cancellationsThere are no order cancellations. Please make sure you want to place your order before ordering. Your order will be handled very quickly after you've placed your order, therefore please email info@mudsweet.com ASAP to make any post-order changes after your purchase.

ReturnsOur policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your shipment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US PRIOR.

Items with no less than 40% discount or marked as Final Sale are not refundable. Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale items can only be refunded to store credits.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Swimsuits are not allowed to be returned due to hygiene reasons.
