Order Terms & Acceptance

By placing an order with Glam Moda LLC, you agree to purchase the selected items at the listed price, including applicable shipping fees, taxes, and duties (where relevant).

All orders are subject to stock availability, payment authorization, pricing verification, and fraud screening. Glam Moda LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or policy violations.

If an order is canceled by Glam Moda LLC, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Before confirming your purchase, customers are responsible for verifying product details, including size, color, and quantity.

Delivery & Shipping Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.Shipping timelines may vary depending on:

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–7 business days, while total delivery time may range up to 30 business days or longer special-order items.

Glam Moda LLC is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Klarna Orders

For orders placed using Klarna payment methods, please note that processing and delivery times may vary slightly due to additional payment verification procedures.

Total processing and shipping time for Klarna orders will not exceed 14 days.

Non-Serviceable Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete. Glam Moda LLC is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Signature on Delivery

Signature on delivery is not guaranteed by default.If signature confirmation is required, customers must request it in writing via email or include a request in the Order Notes at checkout. Additional fees may apply.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

In certain countries, government regulations require customs authorities to inspect shipments before duties and taxes can be assessed, meaning courier partners are not permitted to prepay these charges on behalf of customers. As a result, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and related charges may be payable by the recipient upon delivery, as determined by local customs authorities or courier partners. These charges may be collected upon delivery by courier or local customs authorities

•Glam Moda LLC is not responsible for delays or additional fees imposed by border authorities.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier and marked as delivered.

Glam Moda LLC is not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen, including theft from doorsteps, reception areas, or shared buildings.

If a shipment arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Failed Delivery & Uncollected Shipments

If delivery fails due to:

•Customer unavailability

•Incorrect address

•Refusal to pay customs duties

•Failure to collect shipment

Glam Moda LLC is not responsible for resulting losses. Additional reshipping or return costs may apply and may be deducted from any refund.

Order Accuracy & Fulfillment

While we strive for accuracy, Glam Moda LLC does not guarantee error-free fulfillment. If an item is unavailable or incorrectly listed, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order and issue a refund if necessary.

Order confirmation emails do not constitute final acceptance until the order has been processed and dispatched.

Force Majeure

Glam Moda LLC shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs disruptions, or courier interruptions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at shop@glam-moda.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at shop@glam-moda.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@glam-moda.com.

Refunds:

•Refunds are issued as store credit only.

•Credit excludes costs like shipping, taxes, duties (which are non-refundable).

•We are not responsible for any foreign exchange fees charged by banks or payment processors.

Returns:

•Returns are only accepted for quality issues, damaged, or incorrect items.

•Notify us immediately upon receiving a faulty item.

Email shop@glam-moda. com with proof images to request a return authorization number (RAN).

•Our team will assess your request and decide if it's eligible.

•If approved, we will refund the item’s value as store credit once we receive it in its original condition.

Return Conditions & Procedure:

•Request a return within 2 days of delivery.

•Do not send items without prior approval; unauthorized returns will be rejected.

•Once approved, ship the item within 2 days in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.

•Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be sent back at your expense.

Return Exceptions:

•Use the same shipping service as the original delivery unless otherwise approved.

•Returns must be from the original delivery location unless approved by customer care.

Repeated Returns:

•Frequent return requests may lead to account restrictions or deactivation.

Exchanges:

•We do not offer exchanges. To get a different item, place a new order.

Cancellations:

•Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
