General Merchandise Refunds

All general merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.

•Refunds/exchanges honored only on unopened merchandise within 14 days of purchase date.

•Receipt and tags are required.

•All clearance, doorbuster, and open box items along with gift cards sold are not eligible for refund or exchange. No exceptions

•Defective merchandise returned in its original packaging will be exchanged for the identical item.

•Regalia items are considered final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.

Computer and Tech Return Policy

Refunds/exchanges honored only on UNOPENED merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

ALL DOORBUSTER SALES ARE FINAL. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return . Once processed , your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

Refunds do not include original shipping charges. We do provide return labels. For use of this label, we'll deduct $9.99 from the credit you'll be receiving to cover return shipping costs. If the return is our fault, we'll cover this charge.
