1. Free Shipping Thresholds:

•For Retail Customers: All orders with delivery in the United States that are over $300 qualify for free shipping.

•For Wholesale Customers: All orders with delivery in the United States over $1000 qualify for free shipping.

2. Flat Fee for Shipping:

•Both Retail and Wholesale Customers: Orders that do not meet the free shipping thresholds will incur a flat shipping fee.

Additional Information:

•Free shipping will be automatically applied during checkout for orders that meet the specified thresholds.

•Orders that fall below the free shipping thresholds will have a flat shipping fee added to their total order cost.

•All delivery locations outside of the United States will not receive free shipping. Shipping rate will be determined at checkout.

•Orders cannot be combined once they have been placed.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Order Fulfillment

1. Processing Time: All expedited orders will be processed within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. This means our team will prepare and package your order to ensure it is ready for shipment within this timeframe.

2. Business Days: Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Expedited Shipping Time

1. Carrier Shipping Time: Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, it will take an additional 2 business days for delivery. The expedited shipping service guarantees that your package will arrive within this timeframe from the date it leaves our facility.

2. Delivery Locations: Expedited shipping is available for all domestic orders. For international orders, please contact our customer service team for specific shipping times and availability.

Important Information

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Notifications: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. This will allow you to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.

Unexpected Delays: While we strive to meet the outlined processing and shipping times, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or carrier-related issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Orders will ship out within 5-10 business days of your order being placed. All orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please only contact Customer Service (info@ohmymahjong.com) in the event that your order is substantially delayed. Please keep in mind that during peak/holiday seasons shipping may be slower than expected.

Retired Products/Vault Sale DisclaimerThis sale applies to select retired products only. Sale is valid from July 29th at 10:00am CST through July 30th at 11:59pm CST. Monogramming is excluded from this promotion. Discount cannot be combined with other offers. While supplies last. Discount does not apply to previously purchased items. Please note that sale mats do not include free mat tube caps.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ohmymahjong.com with the following:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund. Requests submitted outside the 7-day window may not be eligible for resolution. Please note that the unopened requirement does not apply to defective items discovered upon opening. OMM will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged, defective , or incorrect items.

To the extent that a tile breaks after 7 days of delivery, OMM will provide replacement tiles for sets currently being sold. For any retired sets, we will do our best to find a replacement tile.

Return Policy

Boutique Purchases: Items purchased from a boutique or retail partner must be handled directly by the retailer you purchased from. Oh My Mahjong is unable to process returns for purchases made through third-party retailers.

Direct Purchases: We will accept returns on eligible items (see Final S ale Items above) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund. Tiles must be returned sealed in their original shrinkwrap , with 4 original tile information cards, dice pouch and dice to be eligible for a full refund , otherwise a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please note that the unopened requirement does not apply to defective items discovered upon opening.

Opened Items: Opened items (excluding defective items) may be returned within 14 days of delivery date, subject to a 15% restocking fee, for store credit o nly.

All returns must be authorized before sending products back to us. Please contact info@ohmymahjong.com to request r eturn a uthorization prior to shipping. We will decline any non-authorized returns.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please include your name and order number to ensure proper processing.

EU Customers:

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. You can do so by contacting us at info@ohmymahjong.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As Oh My Mahjong is based in the United States, all returns must be shipped back to our U.S. facility at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process your refund until the returned item is received. Once we receive your return, we will refund the original purchase price, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and applied to your original method of payment.

Holiday Return Window: Purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas will have an additional two week return window following Christmas.

Shipping & Duties

Oh My Mahjong is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once an order has been handed to the carrier. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are outside of our control.
