Shipping SHIPPING & DELIVERY Orders for in-stock items placed Monday – Friday before 4pm EST are generally shipped the same day (subject to payment verification). Weekend orders placed after 4pm EST Friday will be processed on the following Monday. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you to advise about the situation. In-Store Pick Up Orders for in-store pick up placed Monday-Friday (10am-5pm) are generally ready for pick up within 30 minutes to an hour - we will email you as soon as your order is ready. In-store pick up orders require card holder to be present during pick up. Bring your ID and credit card used to place the order online. Orders placed online over the weekend, either for shipping or in-store pick up, will be processed the following Monday. Refund policy PROCAM RETURN POLICY Items purchased from PROCAM online or in-store can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original sales receipt for refund or exchange. You may return unopened / unused items within 14 days for a  full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Any returned items that have been opened and/or used are subject to a 15% restocking fee, No Exceptions. Items sent back to us without a return authorization will not be accepted. All returns are subject to inspection. Any products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Any returns without all original packaging, cables, accessories, manuals and documentation will be rejected. PROCAM reserves the right to reject any return at our discretion. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
