We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Australia.*

The usual time for order delivery is divided as follows:

Processing time: All orders are usually sent to Australia Post and DHL Express (international) for dispatch within one to two business day after the order is placed, and payment is received.

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Australia

Standard Post takes 3 to 5 days.

Australia Post Express Parcel takes 1 to 3 days.

New Zealand

Australia Post International takes 3 to 12 days.

Canada & UK & USA

- Australia Post takes 7 to 15 days.

*Please note: International orders might be charged additional duties and import taxes when arriving at the destination country. We are not responsible for the payment of extra fees.

**Same Day Dispatch for orders placed before 12:00 pm on Monday to Friday. Holidays are not included. Pre-order processing time is not included.

Changes Request

As most of our orders start being processed within the same day, we may not be able to cancel or correct shipping information once your order has been placed. We ask our customer to double-check your parcel's information details as we can not be held responsible for incorrect information.

Please check if you have selected your item's correct size and colour to avoid disappointment.

Returned parcels due to incorrect information will be charged for the new shipping.

*Heavy and Bulky items

Please be sure to measure and evaluate sizes before placing your order. The installation of products is not included in this service, only the delivery.

Free shipping is unavailable for heavy and bulky products as they require special delivery and/or handling.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products due to a change of mind. Your returned item must be in a new, unopened, in original plastic condition and in original packaging. Opened items cannot be returned . Please contact us at support@wagnum.com for more information on arranging a return. As soon as we receive the item, our team will verify it, and if approved, we will issue a refund.

*Please note that returned items have a 7% restocking fee, deductible from the order value.

Unless proven faulty, items such as pillows cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and security reasons. Please, read the item description carefully before placing your order.

Refunds and Replacements

If you, unfortunately, received a faulty or damaged item, please send us a video and/or photo to our email support@wagnum.com demonstrating what is wrong with the product, so we can assist you with it. Depending on the situation, we may require you to return the product for further evaluation and will send you a replacement or refund, as you prefer and if eligible.

The shipping costs will be your responsibility, and if the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will refund the cost to you according to your postage receipt.

We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit to us.

All refunds will be made according to your original payment method and may take between 3 to 5 business days. If you are not sure that a refund was made, please check your spam folder or contact us for more information.

*Please do not try to fix your item by yourself. Products opened or changed will automatically lose the right to a refund or replacement.
