返金ポリシー

返品、不良品、キャンセルについて

・商品到着後7日以内にご連絡下さい。

・不良品および商品間違いの場合、在庫がある場合は送料当店負担にて交換、ない場合は商品代金以外の必要料金を含めた金額を返金します。返品商品は着払いにて追跡可能な方法でご送付下さい。

・ご注文の商品にご満足いただけなかった場合、交換または返金することにより返品を申し受けます。返品商品は、元払いにて追跡可能な方法でご送付下さい。返品商品が到着しましたら、7日以内に交換商品を発送、または、商品代金から実費送料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。実費送料はご注文時の送料と異なりますことご了承ください。

上記に関わらず、下記の商品については返品、交換をお受けすることができませんので、ご注意ください。 ・ご使用になられた商品 ・商品到着後7日以上経過した商品 ・お客様のもとで、キズや汚れが生じた商品

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

・I f you are not completely satisfied with the items for any reason, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.

・The item you wish to return must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and in, undamaged condition. All returns must include original packaging, any boxes, garment bags, and other packaging materials.

・Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid.

・We recommend that you send the package back via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are unable to process a refund until we have safely received the item. We are not responsible for missing packages.

・You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges or refunds are processed.

・In the event that item is out of stock and we cannot process an exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund the credit card you use for the original purchase for the purchase price of the item, excluding actual shipping cost that is not original shipping cost.

NOTE 1 : Actual shipping cost is different from original shipping cost we charged first . 2 : Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event that the return is a result of our error or in the case of damaged item.
