All products purchased from TomBeckbe.com ship from Irondale, Alabama within one to two business days unless otherwise noted and subject to inventory availability at our distribution center. Low-stock and fragile items may be shipped directly to you from a Tom Beckbe retail location. We provide all orders $95+ complimentary UPS shipping from Alabama to any location within the lower 48 states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. If you would like expedited shipping, please choose a faster shipping method at checkout if available. Any order shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

•The product(s) are unused and in the same condition you received them.

•All original hang-tags and labels are attached/included.

•The product(s) are in their original packaging.

•You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges Window

Returns for a Full Refund : You may return eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund to your original payment method or for store credit.

Returns for Store Credit : Eligible products returned between 31 and 45 days of the original purchase date will be refunded as store credit only.

Exchanges : You may exchange eligible products for a different size, style, or color of the same product within 45 days of the original purchase date, subject to availability.
