- All orders to anywhere in the USA above $75 receive free standard shipping.

- If the Express shipping option is chosen, your treats will arrive within 2-4 business days of the date your order is placed.

Standard shipping takes anywhere from 5-8 business days.

Non-returnable item: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the return or refund request is due to damaged product, we will require proof of the damage in the form of pictures of the product(s) in question. This is to ensure we can show our shipping and packaging teams the damage so they can fix any problems for future customers.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
