Our Return Policy

We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.

All sale items, special orders, jewelry, skincare, intimates and lingerie, makeup and nail polish are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be pre-authorized through our Returns Portal prior to sending merchandise back. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging using a trackable or insured shipping method as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your package was delivered to you. Packages received after 21 days will NOT be processed. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Once your return arrives at Relish Decor, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. If your items pass our quality control inspection, you will be refunded for your purchase in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free or discounted shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 days after we receive the returned merchandise; you will be notified via the email address listed in your account once this transaction has taken place.

Exchanges

We are more than happy to help with an exchange if you are not happy with an item(s) or need assistance with fit or color selection. Email us at orders@relishdecor.com for further assistance.

For an exchange, we recommend that you return your item and place a new order on relishdecor.com to ensure item availability. Please be aware that when exchanging items, you will be responsible for any new and/or additional shipping charges.

Did you receive the wrong item? If so, we are very sorry for the inconvenience! Please select the option within our Returns Portal and if the correct item is in stock, we will ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. We will also issue you a prepaid return address label for your return. If the item is no longer available, we will credit your original form of payment.
