GENERAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

We ship most purchases to arrive via parcel service (UPS or FedEx) within 5-7 business days from receipt of order. Deliveries are made Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.

Most in-stock furniture delivers via our preferred White Glove service and should arrive to most destinations in the contiguous US within 10–14 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for order processing.

Custom furniture will deliver to most destinations in the contiguous US within 14-16 weeks from receipt of order. Deliveries are made Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. For more information see the delivery times on an individual product’s page.

The delivery rates below are charged on the merchandise total of all smalls on the order, not per piece. E-gift certificates and gift cards do not count towards qualifying amount. All smalls ship via parcel service (UPS or FEDEX). Special delivery items are not eligible for free shipping.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

•Express orders received before Noon EST will be shipped same business day. Orders received after Noon EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders place on weekend and holidays will ship the following business day. Backordered items will ship the next business after estimated ship date. Items eligible for express shipping methods are noted at checkout.

APO/FPO/PO BOXES

•For shipment to APO / FPO addresses, see our International Shipping section for more information.

•With the exception of gift cards, we are unable to ship merchandise to PO boxes at this time. All non-gift card orders must have a physical shipping address.

SWATCHES

•Swatches ship free of charge.

GIFT CARDS

•Gift cards can be shipped only to U.S. addresses and are shipped free of charge. Gift cards can be redeemed online or at any Jonathan Adler location or by emailing customerservice@jonathanadler.com

SHIPPING FOR FURNITURE & OTHER LARGE ITEMS

Most in-stock furniture delivers via our preferred White Glove service or Entryway service should arrive to most destinations in the contiguous US within 10–14 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for order processing. For custom upholstery , delivery time to most destinations within the contiguous US is 14-16 weeks weeks. SPECIAL DELIVERY OPTIONS – Indicated on each item’s product pages

White Glove Delivery: Includes delivery inside your residence to the room of your choice (up to 2 flights of stairs) unpacking, assembly, removal of packaging. Our white glove delivery service provider will schedule a delivery appointment with you once your items have arrived locally

Entryway Delivery: Includes delivery to the threshold of your residence. The product will be left in the original packaging, and the delivery will not be carried upstairs within your building.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY RATES (CONTINENTAL US)

White Glove delivery is $299, $399, or $499 per item, determined by the distance between your shipping address and our fulfillment center, along with the item's dimensions. Orders of 2 or more White Glove items ship at a discounted rate of $249, $349, or $449 per item. The maximum White Glove shipping charge is $599 per order, regardless of how many White Glove items it contains.

ENTRYWAY DELIVERY RATES (CONTINENTAL US)

Entryway delivery is $199, $299, or $399 per item, determined by the distance between your shipping address and our fulfillment center, along with the item's dimensions. The maximum Entryway shipping charge is $599 per order, regardless of how many Entryway items it contains.

HOW WE COMBINE MIXED SHIPPING RATES

Many orders include a mix of item types, for example Smalls (bath accessories, dinnerware, decorative accessories, select lighting, pillows, rugs, and throws), Entryway items, and White Glove furniture, all in the same cart. When that happens, we don't charge separately for each shipping method. Instead, the applicable rate for each type of item in your order is calculated individually and then combined into a single shipping total at checkout, so you'll always see one clear shipping charge no matter how your order is made up.

FERRY SHIPPING SURCHARGE

There is a $150 shipping surcharge for white glove and entryway shipments that require ferry service for delivery

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently, we ship only within the Continental US. If you are looking to ship outside of the Continental US and you can set up your carrier we are happy to help accommodate as best we could. Please reach out to our store to discuss this at internationalshipping@jonathanadler.com .We also have many wholesale partners across the globe where you can find our products. If you are interested please email us at internationalshipping@jonathanadler.com and let us know what country and we can provide information on where to find our products.

Jonathan Adler is not responsible for any duties/taxes/handling fees or providing customs agents. All international sales are final.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don't, you may return most new and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or merchandise exchange, with proof of purchase. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For all eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with original tags to qualify for a refund or exchange. When returning pottery, please carefully pack your item to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

If you tried our bedding and are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For all eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

GIFT RETURNS

No need to let the gift giver know about the return; we are happy to issue store credit equivalent to the merchandise total directly to you! To process a gift return, call our Customer Service team at 800.963.0891. You may return gifts from your Wedding or Gift Registry up to 30 days after your event. Proof of purchase required.

You may return orders placed between November 1 and December 25 until January 24. These items must meet all return eligibility requirements (listed above).

•Pack and securely seal the products you are returning—remember to include the packing slip provided in the box

•You must write your RMA number on the outside of each package
