You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping times depend on your location, the further you live from Indiana the longer your package may take. Our shipping carrier states, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days when shipped domestically.

We will happily accept returns if item is unworn, tags attached, receipt present and free of stains, smells and damage, within 21 days of your purchase. The RECEIPT must be included with the return in order to process your return. Returns will not be processed without a receipt. Returns will be granted for purchase price, (minus discounts used at time of purchase) and customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.

Returns for items purchased through Rhinestones & Roses are eligible for store credit only. NO MONETARY REFUNDS are issued. Store credit has no expiration.

Any items returned after the policy of 21 days will not be refunded and customer will be responsible to cover return shipping cost.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Jewelry is not eligible for return. If piece is broken, we must be notified in no more than 4 business days. All Holiday Items including all clothing and merchandise are final sale.

Clearance items listed in the SALE category are not eligible for return.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Do you have a damaged item? We want our customers to be satisfied with their items. If item is damaged, it must be brought to our attention within 4 business days, and we will tell you how to proceed from there.
