Refund policy HOW TO RETURN /EXCHANGE   AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE: Step 1:   Submit   your request through  Latitude's Returns & Exchanges Portal . For   returns,   you will be asked for   your original order information ,   d etails about your return, and your preferred refund method.   If you opt for site credit,   we’ll   waive any applicable processing and restocking fees. For e xchange s ,   you will be   ask ed to select the   product (s)   you   would like   to   exchange   and the new product (s)   you   would like   to receive instead.   Exchanges   may   only be made for   a different size   or color of the same item . Exchanges are limited to current   product   availability . Step  2 :   Latitude will generate a   return shipping label(s) and   return   documentation .
