Quebec and Ontario Flat-rate shipping of $12.99 for orders over $129 before taxes and rebates . Orders are shipped in approximately 1 to 3 days. A charge of $14.99 + taxes applies to orders under $129 before taxes and rebates.*

We charge 10$ fees for PO BOX addresses. An agent will contact you. Other Canadian provinces Orders shipped to the following provinces are subject to a $24.99 delivery charge: Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and British Columbia.*For the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Newfoundland Labrador, delivery charges are calculated by Canada Post.

All orders shipped to the United States are considered final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for U.S. orders, including in cases where customs duties or import fees are applied.

Final Sale

All USA and INTERNATIONAL orders are final sale . Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

Shipping Risk

All USA and International shipments are made at the buyer's sole risk. Ownership and risk of loss or damage transfer to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged during transit. No refunds, replacements, credits, or claims will be provided for such shipments.

Untracked Shipping

Some shipping methods do not include tracking. By selecting an untracked shipping option, the customer accepts that no tracking information will be available and that the shipment cannot be traced or investigated once dispatched.

By choosing an untracked shipping service, the customer expressly accepts the full risk associated with this shipping method.

International:

All orders shipped internationally are considered final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted, including in cases where customs duties or import fees are applied. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged during transit. No refunds, replacements, credits, or claims will be provided for such shipments. Customer accepts that no tracking information will be available and that the shipment cannot be traced or investigated once dispatched.

*Mydips reserves the right to cancel orders or charge additional delivery fees when shipping fees are excessive based on regions or volume. If that's the case, we will contact you.

Non-Refundable Processing Fee For any refund requested at the customer's discretion (e.g., change of mind, cancellation after purchase), a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers the payment processing costs incurred at the time of the original transaction, which are non-recoverable by MyDips. The refund issued will therefore reflect the amount paid, minus 3%. Once the refund is issued, please, be aware that it takes up to 5 days to see the refund on your bank statement.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Delivery charges are at the customer's expense unless there has been an error on our part.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at customer-care@mydips.ca .

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at customer-care@mydips.ca .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like adult pacifiers, sippy cups and bottles, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customer-care@mydips.ca.
