We currently ship our products to customers in Canada and the United States. All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our European warehouses within 2 business days. Orders placed on FRIDAY Germany time will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders under $100 USD or $150 CAD incur a shipping surcharge. Your order may be shipped with UPS or with FedEx depending on which carrier provides the best timeline. NOTE: Starting Jan 2026 we will be implementing Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) on all orders and remitting duties on your behalf. We estimate that these changes reduce your overall tax and duties burden by upwards of 50%. More details can be found here: Duties Explanation.

Note: Samples Ship separately from Formula orders. Sample orders of 2 or more incur a nominal shipping fee, regardless of total cart value.

Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes and or duties that may be charged by the carrier before arrival at your destination.

Return Policy & Cancellations:

We understand that sometimes, people make mistakes! If you reach out to us within 24 hours we can attempt to cancel your order. Please note that all refunds are subject to a 5% order processing fee.

We understand the value of your purchase and we apologize for any inconvenience, however, due to the nature of our products being perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, should you be completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach us at info@organicformulahub.com and we will get in contact with you to figure out how to remedy the situation.

Please note that if your order is trackable and shows delivery, Organic Formula Hub is not liable for any damages or losses that may occur during shipping.

Organic Formula Hub reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any damaged items during shipping.

Please take note that boxes and cans may experience damage during shipping. We have no control over how shipping companies handle these items, so unfortunately, any boxes or containers that arrive dented are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Inventory:

At Organic Formula Hub, we take pride in keeping our inventory current to ensure that our customers can access the products they love. Occasionally, due to unexpected demand or other factors, we may run out of stock. If this occurs, we will strive to inform you promptly and provide alternative options if they are available.
