You can track your shipment by using the tracking number you receive in your shipment notification email, logging into your account, or by the Shop App.

Shipping for LittleTikes.com is only available for the United States and at this time excludes US Territories and APO/FPO. If you are trying to ship to a US territory or PO Box, the order will not be able to be processed.

For US orders: Order Subtotals over $50 qualify for a $10 Shipping Credit reflected in the rates in the cart **

*Items and orders that need to ship by Truck do not qualify for the $10 shipping credit.

**The Shipping Credit is currently only available to the 48 US States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Items on promotion will use the discounted price to calculate towards the $50 order subtotal.

Shipping options are displayed at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by shipping option.

For US orders:

Economy - Order will be delivered in approx 7-10 Business Days

Ground – Order will be delivered in approx 3-5 Business Days

Truck Shipment - Orders require a delivery appointment and typically take 10-14 business days for delivery.

Items shipped by a trucking company are to the end of the truck. Please have someone to help remove the shipment from the end of the truck.

Actual delivery times may vary.

Returns from LittleTikes.com will only be accepted for 30 days from the purchase date. Returned items must be new, unassembled, and unused in their original packaging. Gifts purchased for December celebrations can be returned no later than January 31st.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable, this includes item(s) purchased on Free Shipping offers and or in item(s) where a delivery is refused. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund on the original form of payment they used to make the purchase. All sales are final on pre-orders.

Return the item(s) using the carrier of your choice with a tracking service. Be sure to include your order number on the return label. Please allow 30 days for your refund to process.

For orders over $600, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee on any returned items. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned to us if order is refused and will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 45 days for refunds for orders over $600. Returned orders will be verified by warehouse for quantities received back before any refunds are processed.
