How quickly does Voyage ship my order?

At Voyage, we value your time, so we aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days.

Shipments to Miami, Florida addresses can be delivered as fast as under an hour. Check each product page to see if this option is available.

Where does Voyage Ship to?

Right now, we currently ship everywhere in the contiguous United States. Hawaii and Alaska orders are accepted at an additional charge calculated at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.

Is free shipping available?

Order Cancellation

Order Not Received, Stolen, or Wrong Address

Can’t locate your order? We understand how frustrating that can be! Before reaching out, please take a moment to check these common areas:

•Side entrance

•Back patio

•Garage or driveway

•Nearby bushes or landscaping

Additionally, ask your neighbors if they might have received the package on your behalf. If the package is still missing after three days, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Addresses or Refused Deliveries

At Voyage, we cannot take responsibility for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Examples include:

•Incorrect apartment or house numbers

•Mistyped street names

•Any other errors in the address

We are also not liable for packages that were refused or left unclaimed. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information and full name to address the matter.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we’re here to help. We can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

•Please notify us within 7 business days of the delivery status update to begin the claims process.

Important: Filing a claim does not ensure a replacement or refund. The final resolution depends on the carrier's investigation and their findings.

Stolen or Missing Packages

Once a package is reported as delivered by the carrier, Voyage cannot accept responsibility for stolen or missing items. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping provider.

Voyage's 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Hey there, Voyager!

We believe in a seamless travel experience, and that includes returns. You have a full 30 days from the day you receive your purchase to decide if it's perfect for you.

Choose Your Return Option:

30-Day Free Exchanges: Love the brand but need a different size or model? We’ll handle the shipping. Exchanges are 100% free (first exchange only.)

30-Day Free Returns (Store Credit): Return your item for store credit and we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

30-Day Returns (Refund to Original Payment): If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, the return label cost will be deducted from your final refund. The average return label cost is typically around $20 but varies depending on shipping location and package size.

Important: Once you submit a request, you have 30 days to get the item back to us. If the item is not returned within 30 days of your request, the request will be canceled.

For a Successful Return:

Condition: Make sure your item is unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Approval: Drop us a line at hello@voyageluggage.com. Once approved, we will provide your shipping label. We cannot process unapproved returns.

A Few Things to Note:

We do not accept returns on perishables, custom-made items, personal care products, or products marked "Final Sale". Gift cards are also non-returnable.

About Refunds:

Once inspected and approved, store credit is issued immediately. Refunds to original payment methods (minus shipping costs) typically take a few business days to process depending on your bank.
