Standard Free Delivery (Always Included)

Simpli Home offers standard free shipping on all orders for delivery within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Canada, or internationally. We provide tracking numbers as soon as your purchase leaves the warehouse. For larger items and bulk orders, we use professional LTL freight carriers to ensure that your large parcel arrives safely to your home.

•Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, plus 4-5 business days in transit for delivery.

•Large parcel orders such as Sofas, Wide TV Media Stands and Dining Sets normally ship within 2-3 business days, plus 10-12 business days in transit for delivery.

Note: Over-sized parcels are Curbside Delivery, which means your order is delivered to the curb or end of driveway of the delivery address and you are responsible for the package beyond that point. An adult must be present and signature is required upon delivery.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, Worldwide Express, and the United States Postal Service. At this time, we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Premium Delivery Service (Optional)

For select ZIP codes, Simpli Home offers a premium delivery service for an additional fee at checkout. This upgraded option includes:

•Two-person delivery team

•Placement in the room of your choice (by appointment)

•Optional packaging removal*

•A 2-hour appointment window is scheduled in advance for your convenience.

Currently, premium delivery service is only available in these select ZIP codes .

•Orders received for delivery addresses outside the specified ZIP codes will be canceled, with any premium delivery fee refunded, and fulfilled instead via Standard Free Delivery.

If you are not satisfied and for any reason you want to return your new, unopened product, we have made it easy for you.

What can I return?

You can return items bought directly from simpli-home.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused with the original packaging intact. If you follow the returns process and we determine that you are eligible for a refund, you will receive a credit for your purchase, minus shipping and restocking fees.

Larger items will be eligible for a “call tag”, which means someone will come to your house to pick up the item. Please contact customer service to schedule a pick up at 1-866-518-0120 or via email at customerservice@simpli-home.com

All clearance and assembled items cannot be refunded.

We must receive your returned items at our facility within 45 days of delivery. All returned items will be inspected and if they do not meet above criteria we reserve the right to not issue a refund. Otherwise credit for your returned item will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item.

Please allow us 10-15 business days after receiving the return parcel to inspect the items and to process your refund.

Defective product and returns due to our error

Defective, damaged and incorrect items may be returned without penalty. Please contact customer service at 1-866-518-0120 or click here to process your parts request and we will be happy to assist you in receiving a replacement part, a whole unit or a refund as quickly as possible. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

If you decide you do not want parts, you can return the item under our standard return policy.
