Refund and Return Policy:

You have 14 days from your original date of purchase of your order to send your item back for a return. It has to be received by the store within those 14 days.

Eligibility:

•Items must be unworn, unused with tags, and in their original packaging.

•No returns on sale items, jewelry or hats.

•We do not pay for return shipping.

•Items bought during a special promotion where a discount was given are final sale. All orders of items in the promotion are nonrefundable.

•If for some reason upon receipt of your return we inspect the garments and find issue, we will reach out about refund approval.

Damages and issues

•Inspect your order upon arrival.

•If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will rectify the situation.

Exchanges:

•To swap an item, you will need to return your original item for a refund. You will want to purchase the item you would prefer in its place separately to make sure you get the item(s) you are wanting. We are a small boutique and have limited quantities.

Refunds:

•You will receive an email confirmation once we inspect your item and process your return. The refund will go to the original payment method.

•Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
