Returns & Exchanges:

If you wish to return an item we offer store credit or exchange only. We will issue you a gift card in equal value to the item you purchased (excluding the original shipping cost as well as the shipping cost to send the replacement). All sale and discounted items and Special Orders are final sale. Returns must be sent in new, unused condition with original tags attached and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt of package. Please send us the unused item(s), packaged properly, and sent prepaid. We will not accept delivery charges on any orders without prior approval. Returns should include a copy of your original order form and be shipped to the following address:

If your item(s) arrive defective, please take a picture of the packaging upon arrival as well as the defective product and contact us immediately at info@apothecarygiftshop.com. Due to shipping carrier policies, if defects happen during the shipping process we have a limited amount of time to make claims.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, we do not cover shipping costs to send back a returned item or issue a refund for the original shipping costs. Once we receive your returned package in good form, we will process your refund. You will only be refunded for the amount of the product(s) being returned, not for the shipping.
