Online Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

U.S. Domestic Orders: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after purchase.

International Orders: Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after purchase.

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, sales, or holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

U.S. Orders: Delivery takes approximately 2–8 business days after shipping, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by location and shipping carrier. An estimated delivery window will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Origin & Availability

All orders ship from our warehouse in Hollywood, FL. At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup.

Free Shipping

We currently offer a promotional free shipping tier for Standard U.S. domestic orders when you purchase two or more items. To qualify for free shipping, your order must meet the subtotal threshold required after discounts are applied, before taxes and shipping fees. Free shipping is available exclusively for deliveries within the United States and does not apply to international orders.

Please note that free shipping promotions are available exclusively for U.S. domestic orders and do not apply to international shipments.

Same-Day Delivery

We do not currently offer same-day or local delivery services.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please wait 1–2 business days as carriers may sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. If the package does not arrive within this timeframe, contact us at customerservice @surf -style .com for assistance.

International Shipping: Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders. These charges are determined by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on several factors, including the country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates, and local import taxes. It is your responsibility to pay these charges if and when required by your local authorities, as these fees are neither prepaid nor included in the shipping cost.

SurfStyle.com Return & Refund Policy

At Surf Style, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within our policy guidelines. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process. Please note that these policies and FAQs apply exclusively to orders placed on SurfStyle.com and do not extend to in-store purchases.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the online purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

•Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Returned in their original packaging with all original hangtags attached.

Items marked as Final Sale—including in-store gift cards and eGift cards—are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Custom Puff Hoodie

Please be advised that all custom puff hoodies created through our online customizer are considered final sale. By completing your custom design and placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that these items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable. This final sale policy is binding and applies exclusively to custom orders, and no exceptions will be made. We recommend reviewing your design and order details carefully before submission, as all sales of custom products are final.

Return Process

U.S. Returns

To initiate a return, visit our Return Portal and follow the provided instructions. A prepaid return shipping label will be issued for eligible returns. All returned items are subject to inspection. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

International Returns

For international online orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Returns must be shipped using a trackable postal service to:

Once the return is shipped, email the carrier and tracking details to customerservice @surf -style .com .

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return (up to 21 business days for international returns). Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit if selected during the return process.

Refunds do not include:

Original shipping costs

A $8 restocking fee, which applies to all U.S. returns unless the order includes Checkout+ Free Returns + Package Protection ($2.98 at checkout). If this option was purchased, the restocking fee will be waived.

Shipping protection fees, which are non-refundable

Store credits issued for online purchases cannot be used in Surf Style physical stores.

Exchange Policy

Once we receive your return, an exchange will be automatically processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your replacement item ships.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact customerservice @surf -style .com within 7 business days of delivery to report any manufacturing issues. Upon review and approval, we will process an exchange for the damaged item.

Damaged items are also eligible for return or exchange within the 30-day return window (from the purchase date). After this period, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Buy 'X', Get 'Y' Policy

If your order included a 'Buy $X, Get Y Free' promotion and you decide to keep items totaling less than the required offer dollar amount ($X) after a return, please be aware of the following options:

Return the Promotional Item (Y): If your retained items total less than $X, you should return the free promotional item (Y) to proceed with your refund.

Maintain Offer Threshold: Alternatively, the total value of the items you keep after the return must equal or exceed the promotional dollar amount ($X) to retain the free promotional item (Y).

Shipping Protection

We offer hassle free return coverage with your purchase that allows you to get free return shipping labels with any qualifying order (excludes final sale items). If you decline the hassle free return coverage, you will be able to purchase a label at our great rates in the return portal.
