Orders containing Magnetic Power Banks will be shipped separately from other items in your order.

Order Changes or Cancellation:Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order after payment, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once packaging and shipping begin, cancellations are no longer possible. Failure to request cancellation within the specified time frame means you are responsible for return shipping costs if you choose to return the item. Returns are accepted only for items in their original, unused condition.

Replacement Policy:We will replace your item if:

•It is defective or damaged upon receipt.

•Items are missing from your order upon delivery.

All replacement requests require photo or video evidence. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. Notify us of any issues within 14 days to qualify for a replacement. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

The following situations are not eligible for replacement:

•Damage caused by customers, including accidental drops, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions, especially with products featuring fragile screens.

•Inability to provide original photos or videos of defective items.

Canvas Phone Case Care / E-Ink Screen Instructions (for products with fragile screens):To avoid damage to the e-ink screen, please follow these guidelines:

•Always remove the phone case from the camera side to prevent screen damage.

•Avoid bending or applying force to any E-Ink screens.

Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in screen damage, including yellow marks, which could render parts or the entire screen unusable. This will void the 30-day refund or replacement guarantee. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by mishandling or improper use.

Refund Policy:We offer a 30-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days due to a defect or damage, we will refund the entire amount you paid, including shipping charges.

For returns due to reasons other than defects or damage, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must initiate the return within 14 days from the date of delivery.We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.

Return Eligibility:To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts will not be accepted for return. Please ensure that any free promotional items included in the order are also returned to receive a full refund. If the free item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

•Orders not received due to customer-provided incorrect shipping addresses.

•Delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier issues, public holidays, global events, peak seasons, unexpected events, or carrier strikes.

•Shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable for returns initiated due to customer preference.

•Damage caused by customers, including broken screens or damage due to mishandling of fragile items like the e-ink phone case. Please note that broken screens may result in yellow marks due to significant pressure on the screen or bending.

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period. Contact our customer care team to initiate your refund request.

Video Submission Guidelines (IF REQUESTED BY CANVAS CASE TEAM):For any replacement or refund requests requiring video evidence, please ensure that all instructions are followed. Our dedicated customer care team will provide you with specific instructions based on your request.

Failure to submit a video that meets these guidelines may result in the delay or rejection of your refund or replacement request.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that an item from your order is out of stock, we will:

Partial Shipments: If part of your order is in stock, we will ship the available items promptly.

Refund or Alternative Options: You will be offered a refund for the out-of-stock item or, if preferred, a store credit for future purchases. If a backordered item is expected to arrive soon, we may offer the option to wait for it, but shipping for the available items will not be delayed.
