As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where our products are made.

Eliminating extra fulfilment centres might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.

All orders placed on Nylatails.com are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window prior to shipment.

Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:

When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Disclaimers:

1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.

2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.

4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.

5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.

6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.

7. Our fulfilment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfilment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.

8. Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs therefore shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Support@NylaTails.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

Please note: We cannot accept returns of opened Silvervine sticks, as they are sealed using a special process to reduce bacteria and ensure the highest quality for your cat’s health.

Returns & Exchanges Disclaimers:

• Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We will issue a return label via email, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

• Tracking numbers: When returning a product, you must provide a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we receive the returned item.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

• Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.

•If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@nylatails.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

•For all other cases, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order for the desired item.
