Most items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail at no charge. Orders shipped with USPS or DHL typically arrive within 4–8 business days. Any other orders are sent with a third-party carrier that takes 4-14 days to arrive. Every order includes a tracking number. We also offer free worldwide shipping.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $5 reshipment fee will apply once the package is received back. If the reshipment fee is not paid, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping and restocking costs, as we do not accept returns.

If you order a collection or bundle, items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times depending on each product’s estimated delivery.

Custom orders require a minimum of 10–45 business days to complete.

If the Return is accepted Every order is processed immediately in real time to our warehouse for shipping. This is to ensure fastest delivery period for our customers. Hence we cannot issue a refund until customers ship the item back to our store's address.

Order cancellation has to be made within 12 hours of purchasing.

All moissanite jewelry is custom made to order, requiring 25 to 45 business days for production. Please note that these items are non-exchangeable, non-cancelable, and non-refundable due to their personalized nature

We have an open policy and will accept returns and refunds on regular priced items NOT sale items for period of 2 DAYS starting from when tracking indicates the customers has received the package or delivered.

To process a refund, please ship it back to our store's return address and we will process a full refund upon receiving !

A tracking number must be provided for return items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition (tags must be intact) that you received it.
