We take pride in our fast and reliable shipping! We always try to ship within 24-48 hours of your order being placed, and we'll always notify you as soon as your order ships.

We offer free shipping for orders $49+. Once your order has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days to receive depending on your location (in rare cases your shipment might arrive later than the expected delivery date). You can always track your order by logging into your account and clicking Track order in the My orders section of your account or by visiting the Tracking Page and entering your order number and email address.

Occasionally we will ship items to you directly from our supplier. In these cases, orders usually take a bit longer to begin shipping. Once your order ships, tracking information will be updated.

Return PolicyWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.To start a return, you can go to our Return Portal and follow the steps there to request your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Depending on the circumstance, we will deduct a return handling fee for the return shipping label. We cannot provide return labels for larger items or international orders.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), PPE products (such face masks, gloves, or other hygiene products), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

ExchangesTo ensure you get the exact exchange you want, please go to our Returns Portal and follow the steps there to request an exchange.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 3-5 business day for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
