1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from our fulfillment center.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Terms
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Domestic Express (Contiguous U.S.): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
LTL Freight Shipping (Contiguous U.S.): For oversized or heavy items, estimated delivery within 3-14 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance speed.
Note: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to seasonal peaks, extreme weather, or carrier delays.
3. Out-of-Stock Items
We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels. However, in the event that an item is out of stock after an order is placed:
Our customer support team will contact you promptly via email to discuss options.
You may choose to exchange the item for an alternative or cancel the affected part of your order.
If you choose to cancel, a full refund (including any associated shipping fees) will be issued back to your original payment method.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically update within 48 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
HOLODAO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns from HOLODAO

Holodao offers a 30-day return window for eligible products.
Returns must be in the original packaging and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds are issued as store credit only. Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.
1. Return Window & Packaging
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must:
Be in original condition
Include all original packaging and materials
Not be assembled, installed, used, or altered
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items that have been assembled, installed, displayed, or damaged
Special order or custom items
Floor samples or "as-is" merchandise
Sofas and mattresses
Additional Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be designated as non-returnable due to their nature, customization, or promotional conditions.
When applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product listing or product page.
Products marked as "Non-Returnable", "Final Sale", or similar language on the product listing are
not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of the standard return policy.
3. Return Process & Fees
All returns must be approved with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Returned items must include the original invoice.
Return shipping must be freight prepaid by the customer.
Refunds are issued as store credit only (no cash refunds and no refunds to the original payment method).
Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.
Order cancellations may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
4. Warranty
Products include a 1-year limited warranty covering core structural parts.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Improper use, handling, or installation
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
5. Past-Due Accounts
A finance charge of 1.5% per month may be applied to past-due balances.
6. Returned Checks
Each returned check is subject to a $25 bank service fee.
7. Changes to Terms
Holodao reserves the right to modify prices, policies, and terms of sale at any time without prior notice.
8. Collections & Legal
If an account is placed in collections or legal action becomes necessary to recover outstanding balances,
the prevailing party may recover applicable interest, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees as permitted by law.
How to Request an RMA
To request a return authorization, please email:

Order number
Product name or SKU
Photos showing the unopened or current condition of the item
Reason for the return
Once reviewed, we will provide your RMA number and return address.
Important: Please keep all original packaging materials until you decide to keep the item.
Returns without original packaging may not be accepted.
