We accept returns and exchanges within 28 days from your order shipping date. You can receive a full refund to the original form of payment within 28 days from the shipping date. After 28 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. For members, the first return and exchanges are free on all U.S. orders. Non-members and additional returns for the same order will incur an $8 handling fee.

A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Any returns on orders that were paid partially or fully with a gift card are refunded back to the gift card first for that portion of the payment.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment, as items in these conditions won’t be accepted. Please note that items not meeting our return requirements, including those that are damaged or show significant wear and tear, cannot be refunded or returned to the customer at this time.

We are committed to providing quality products at accessible price. If your product is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution. Get in touch with us at customerservice@fewmoda.com .

Order Cancellation/Modification

Unfortunately, we are not able to modify an order once the order has been placed. We can however try to cancel an order before it gets processed. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item, contact our customer service team with your request.

Return Policy

Not in love? No problem. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from your order ship date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
