All of our products are shipped to you from our Warehouse via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 depending on your region. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and does include duties.

UPDATE: Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders, our shipping times may be delayed by 4-5 days beyond our usual lead times. We’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding during this busy period.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

For shipments to Mexico, Turkey, Chile and other South American countries, a Tax ID or recipient's ID number is required. The recipient's ID number must consist of 11 pure digits without spaces to ensure smooth customs processing.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

New Canaan LLC only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email support@newcanaan.shop within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.

Taxes and Duties:

Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.

Important: New Canaan cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will endeavor to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to orders being swiftly forwarded to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already taken place, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by contacting support@newcanaan.shop .

RETURN PERIOD: We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the items. Shipping costs are not refundable. The costs for returning products are borne by the costumer, unless the product is defective. If the item is defective, we will refund the shipping costs for its return.

WHAT ARE MY REFUND OPTIONS?

Refund to Gift Card : Get your refund faster with a bonus! Opt for a gift card and enjoy 15% extra value. This is the fastest way to receive your refund. Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, the refund to a digital gift card typically takes 2-3 business days. You’ll receive an email with the gift card details, which are valid for 12 months.

Refund to Original Payment Method : If you choose to receive your refund via your original payment method, it usually takes 7-10 business days. After your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. You can track your return using the tracking information provided with your shipment. Once the refund is issued, you’ll receive an email notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, our customer care team will notify you and ask what other item you wish to receive. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Our team will assess your request and opt for the best solution.

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T RETURN?

Any underwear garments. (Including socks)

Perfumes that do not have their original plastic seal in tact

Certain sale items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for refund or exchanges.

Items that have exceeded the 14 days return window

Any item that is returned worn or damaged that has not previously been disclosed to our customer support team will be rejected with their return void and products destroyed.

RETURN COSTS: Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any exchanges. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are not able to cover any issue when you are not able to provide a track & trace or proof of shipment.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 7 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.
