Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Subscription products and recurring orders
Consumable items, including (but not limited to) teas, herbs, oils, and apothecary goods

These items are excluded due to their nature, hygiene standards, or uniqueness.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tamedwild.com.
