All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that Order Processing and shipping times are different. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Manufacturer & Freight Shipping

Certain items may ship directly from the manufacturer.Larger items may be shipped via freight carriers and may require:

A scheduled delivery appointment

Curbside delivery only (unless otherwise specified)

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access for delivery. Additional fees caused by missed delivery appointments or access issues may be charged to the customer.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged:

Note the damage with the carrier (when applicable)

Take clear photos of the packaging and product

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if there is a reasonable defect, damage, or if the product was delivered with incorrect specifications compared to what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested due to preference, change of mind, or non-defective issues will not be accepted

Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Returns must be shipped directly to the factory

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info @nextgenfurn.com within 15 days of delivery.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Your item arrives damaged

The product is defective

You received an item with incorrect specifications

We may request photos or documentation to evaluate the issue before approving a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or special-order items

Clearance or sale items

Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 10 business days

The 25% restocking fee and original/return shipping costs are deducted from the refund
