When will my order be shipped out?

Orders may take up to 24-48 hours to dispatch.

Typically, orders before 10AM will typically be shipped out on the same day.

How long does delivery take?

Standard postage takes between 2-7 days depending on your location in Australia.

Express postage typically takes 1 business day but can be up to 2 days depending on your location in Australia.

Orders over $80 acquire FREE SHIPPING.

Shipping will vary from product to product depending on size and weight.

Most shipments will cost $9.95 for standard shipping and $13.95 for express shipping.

Customers who have received product(s) incorrectly or with a manufacturing fault are entitled to a replacement or a full refund and free return delivery.

Returns

You may return any full price item within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund. Please notify us by info@euphorium.au if you wish to do so. You will need to cover the cost of return delivery.

Condition of Return

All product(s) must be returned:

•In their original condition

•Unworn and unwashed

•With all original tags still attached/ in original packaging

Assessing the Return

Products that are returned to Euphorium will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Unreturnable items and/or items that do not satisfy the Conditions of Return will not be accepted and the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to reach your account.
