U.S. Domestic Shipping

KHOI offers standard, expedited, and next-day delivery services within the United States. Available options will be displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Standard Shipping - $10

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via Fedex SmartPost , depending on your location.

Orders shipped to P.O. boxes are sent via Fedex or USPS and may take 5-7 business days.

Express Priority - $50

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.

Next Day Priority - $75

For orders placed by Noon CST, we offer same-day processing with next business day delivery. Note: Next day shipping orders shipped on Friday may not deliver until Monday.

Orders placed after Noon CST will be processed the following business day.

Express and next-day orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

Returned Packages & Reshipments

If an order is returned to sender for the following reasons, the customer is responsible for the reshipment costs:

•Address incorrect (missing apartment/suite number, incorrect street address, incorrect zip code)

•Customer did not pick up from access point within allotted timeframe

•Customer refused package upon delivery

Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150 (before taxes). Please select the free shipping option at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Transit times may vary based on carrier and location.

Multiple Orders

We may combine multiple orders placed within a 1-3 business day timeframe for shipping efficiency. By placing multiple orders, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that refunds will not be issued for combined shipments.

International Shipping

KHOI offers international shipping starting at $35, with free international shipping on orders over $300 USD. Taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout to prevent unexpected fees at customs.

International orders are shipped via DHL and typically deliver within 2-5 business days. We recommend signing up for the free service MyDHL+ to handle your deliveries and any special notes for the courier.

We are unable to modify or edit international orders once they are placed.

Exchanges are not accepted for international orders with the exception of Canada. Please double-check your order before placing it.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

The item was shipped to an address in the U.S. or Canada (we are unable to accept returns from other international countries at this time).

Items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all packaging included.

The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

The item arrived damaged or defective within the 14-day return period.

The return is approved and postmarked using the prepaid KHOI label within 14 days from the delivery date.

The item is not marked as final sale or listed "as-is." Final sale also applies to items from our Semi-Annual Sale, Sample Sale, and all packaging, sunglasses and handbag purchases. No exceptions.

We are not responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Damaged packaging will not qualify for replacement.

If a return is denied upon inspection, you will receive an email notification with the denial reason and photographic evidence.

U.S. Return Processing and Fees

Approved returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

A $7.00 fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the prepaid shipping label.

Original shipping fees are not eligible for store credit or refund.

Store credit is the only form of refund issued.

Canada Return Processing and Fees

•Approved returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

•A $10 fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the prepaid shipping label, if the return option is selected.

•Exchanges will incur a $20 fee to cover the cost of your return and reshipment cost.

If the error was ours (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damage upon arrival), we will waive the return shipping fee for both U.S. and Canada returns.

Payment Platform Returns

Orders made using third-party installment apps (AfterPay, Klarna, etc.) are only eligible for store credit upon return.

Instant Exchanges

Instant Exchange is available for in-stock items.

A $1 authorization hold will be placed on your card to secure the exchange item, releasing your order to our shipping queue before we receive the return.

If the return isn’t received by the shipping carrier within 14 days, you’ll be charged the full item amount.

The authorization hold will be removed once we receive the return.

Any additional store credit from the exchange will be processed once your return is complete.

If an item is out of stock in our return portal, we cannot offer an exchange. Please proceed with a return for store credit or choose a different item.

Note: Returns using any shipping method other than the one provided by our return portal are ineligible for refund or reimbursement. Additionally, without using our prepaid label, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
