All orders placed on our website require a processing time of 1–3 business days. During this time, we verify your order details, prepare your order, and hand it over to our shipping partner for dispatch.

Once your order has been processed, delivery will typically take 5–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential delays with the postal service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout (if applicable), based on the weight and size of your order. We aim to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible for all of our customers.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your door.

Delivery Issues

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee.

Returns

Happibub will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions for returns stated below. To start a return, please contact us at info@happibub.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Conditions for Returns:

•The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

•Used or damaged items are not eligible for return (unless damaged before arrival).

•Sale items are not eligible for return.

•Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

•Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

•Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

•Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

•If returning an item, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

•We do not accept returns on sale items or used/damaged products (unless damaged upon arrival, in which case we will send you your replacement order free of cost).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

•Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

•Shipping protection fees (if purchased) are non-refundable.

•If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact info@happibub.com.

Delivered but Not Received

If the logistics information shows that the order has been marked as delivered, but the customer claims they have not received it, we cannot provide a refund or resend the item.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our email team at info@happibub.com. We will then send out a replacement order to you.

If you do not report the damage to us within 48 hours of receiving the item, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilise the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.

You will be responsible for providing evidence of your claim within the 48-hour time frame by submitting image-based evidence.

You are obligated to return the damaged product to Happibub if you opt for an exchange. Failure to return the damaged product within the specified time frame of 30 days will result in charges equivalent to the full cost of the replacement item and shipping costs associated.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and make a new purchase once your refund is processed.

Fraudulent Chargeback Returns & Stolen Goods

Customers who initiate a fraudulent chargeback on a delivered item will be held liable for all delivery costs, as well as any fees incurred due to the chargeback, including bank and administrative fees. Initiating a chargeback on delivered goods will be treated as an act of theft.

Customers are required to arrange their own return service for the item(s). All goods must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date the chargeback is initiated. Failure to return the goods within this timeframe will result in escalation to local law enforcement. If the goods are not returned within 30 calendar days, we will initiate legal proceedings to recover our property.
