Due to the personalised nature of our goods, we can only offer refunds or exchanges in the unusual event of faulty goods. Please make sure you have double checked the personalisation details before confirming your order as we cannot refund your order if you have made an error in your design.
For embroidery service on your own goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damage to the items caused by the embroidery process. This is exceptionally rare but as we are brought so many different kinds of textiles and each one needs a particular embroidery process, there is a slight risk. All goods left with us are at the clients' own risk.
