Shipping GENERAL ​ All orders are shipped via USPS Priority unless expedited (see details below for expedited orders). Requests can be made for use of a difference shipping carrier. Transit times for USA orders can be seen in the image below. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International, which have a transit time of 6-10 business days. Orders expedited for 5-Business Days will be shipped via DHL, which are directly shipped from our manufacturing office overseas. When you place an order, in stock items will ship within 1-2 business day. All other customized products have a standard turnaround time-frame of 20 business days. This standard time-frame period is merely production time and does not include transit/shipping times. Expedited Production Turnaround times do NOT include shipping. Expedited Production Turnaround time is effective daily for orders placed prior to 12 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will begin expedited Production Turnaround the following calendar day. Refund policy RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that nearly all Apparel EFX dye sublimated apparel and accessories are custom-made to order. Thus, we have a strict Return/Exchange/Cancellation policy. Details listed below: GENERAL All Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with product retrieval and newly issued product. All online purchases are processed within 48 hours. Any adjustments necessary for an online order must be requested within 48 hours. After 48 hours, an online order is processed and no longer eligible for adjustments.
