Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. EU customers are: the 14-day right of withdrawal, how customers can exercise it, that you'll refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, and any conditions on the right (e.g. exclusions for perishables or personalised items). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product has been opened we will not be able to accept the return. For expedited refunds, please let us know and send the Royal Mail (or other courier) receipt to our email below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
