Please note that some items may be out of stock in the US, Canadian, or Australian warehouses, in which case we will ship your item from the Hong Kong warehouse. How do I track my order?

To track your order, simply wait for an email notification from us after your order has been shipped. It will contain a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 2 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at support@groundingwell.com . Kindly provide your name and order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Missing items

In the event that you are missing items from your parcel, please contact us at support@groundingwell.com . It's possible that your order may have been split into multiple deliveries. If we determine that an error occurred in fulfilling your order, we will promptly ship out the correct items using express international shipping to rectify the situation.

90 Day Money Back Guarantee on Eligible Items

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have 90 days from the day of receipt to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the item is in good condition , and it must be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@groundingwell.com . All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.

•You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us. We recommend adding tracking to the shipment. Please keep your tracking number until the refund process has been finished.

GroundingWell Shoes: Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene standards, GroundingWell Shoes are exempt from our standard 90-day money-back guarantee. Instead, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window starting from the day you receive your order.

Conditions for Return:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags and packaging (including the shoe box) must be intact.

What to Expect:

Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the shoes to ensure they meet the conditions above. We cannot accept items showing signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear (unless due to a manufacturing fault).

Refund/Exchange: If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange.

Shipping: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty/Damaged/Wrong Products

In the event of receiving a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at support@groundingwell.com , along with your order number. We will gladly replace the defective item free of charge. Kindly include your order number in the email to facilitate the return process.

Cancellation after ordering

If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipments are sent every business day from Monday to Saturday. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to return the item to receive a refund.

Change of Mind / Exchanges

For change of mind or exchanges, please contact us at support@groundingwell.com within the 90-day money-back period. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind after the 90-day period has elapsed.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, only unused products can be accepted for an exchange.

Subscription Orders

Our glycine supplement is available as a monthly subscription. Subscription orders are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date of each order. If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@groundingwell.com within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund on that order.

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two separate things. Cancelling stops future charges and future shipments. It does not automatically refund past orders. If you want a refund on a past subscription order, contact us within the 60-day window for that order.

To cancel your subscription and stop future charges, click the "Manage Subscription" link in our website footer or visit groundingwell.com/a/loop_subscriptions/customer. You can also cancel by emailing support@groundingwell.com . Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again.

If an order has already been processed and shipped before you cancel, that order will still be delivered. You may return it for a refund under the terms above.

Never received

If your order tracking indicates that your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to us within 1 week of the delivery date. We will investigate the situation and may issue a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Regarding return processing time, we aim to complete the process within 1 day of receiving the returned item. Additionally, please allow three to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
