Neat Method's Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeline: Orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Check individual product pages for current processing times. A notification email is sent once the order ships.

Shipping costs are based on your order value and calculated at checkout.

We offer two shipping options within the contiguous U.S.:

Standard : UPS Ground

Premium : UPS 2nd Day

Premium orders placed before 12 PM CST typically ship the same business day, while those placed after 12 PM CST will ship the following business day.

Shipping rates vary for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please contact support@neatmethod.com for those rates. We do not currently ship outside the U.S.

Neat Method's Return Policy

Return Window : Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Returns : Products should be in original condition, unwashed and unused.

Initiating a Return : To start a return, click here . Use the provided preprinted shipping label within 10 business days.

Restocking Fee : A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective merchandise returns.

Refunds : Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus the restocking fee. Processing occurs within 72 hours of receipt at our warehouse. Refunds may take up to 7 days to show in your account.

Damaged Products : For defective products, contact support@neatmethod.com within 24 hours of receipt with a description and photo(s).

Exchanges : We do not accept exchanges at this time. However, you can initiate a return here .
