Every product is handcrafted in small batches, which means each order gets real attention from us. With that in mind, we do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–4 business days, though most ship within 2–3 days. Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Shipping RatesShipping is a flat rate of $5 for all U.S. orders. Orders totaling $75 or more ship free — no code needed.

Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Once a product has left our care, it cannot be resold or returned for safety and quality reasons. We want every item you receive to meet our high standards, so if there’s ever a concern with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within a few days of delivery at info@cloverbodyandbath.com with your order number and details. We’ll review the situation and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or alternative resolution.
