Shipping Methods

Fresh & Frozen Products

Perishable items ship via Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air to maintain proper temperature control.The appropriate shipping method is automatically selected at checkout based on the products in your order.

Dry & Shelf-Stable Products

Non-perishable items ship via standard ground service unless an expedited option is selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery destination• Package weight and dimensions• Shipping speed selected

Shipping costs are paid by the customer. We do not inflate product pricing to offset shipping charges. Our pricing reflects the true cost of premium ingredients.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Onatru.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

At Onatru Foods, we are committed to delivering premium ingredients with exceptional quality and care. Because many of our products are food items, our return policy follows strict food safety regulations.

Fresh, Frozen & Perishable Products

Due to food safety regulations, fresh, frozen, refrigerated, and other perishable food products cannot be returned once delivered.

This policy follows the requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) established by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration.

If there is an issue with a perishable product in your order, please contact us within 6 hours of receiving your delivery so we can review the situation and work toward a resolution.

Examples include:

• Damaged items during shipping• Incorrect items received• Product quality concerns

To assist with resolving the issue, we may request your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Eligible cases may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Perishable Products (Dry Goods)

Non-perishable pantry items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for defective products only.

Returned items must be:

• Unopened• In original packaging• In resellable condition

Customers must contact our support team before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.
