We will not ship out the skull unless paid in full. If you made a deposit while the skull is cleaning or getting customized, then the payment is due in full, 5 days after skull is finished. If skull is not paid in full by 5 days after it is finished, then skull will be listed back for sale with no refund & you will unfortunately be blocked from our page for non payment.

No refunds or returns unless something is broke. You must notify us if something is wrong with your shipment when it arrives. We then will refund you and you will pay a flat rate of $35 to return item.
