If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return any unused, unopened product(s), within 30 days from purchase for an exchange. Just follow these simple steps:

Email customer service within 14 days from delivery of your order indicating your reason for return.

After you receive your return authorization number, (RA#) securely pack the product to be returned in their original packaging along with any paperwork or accessories.

Return the product to the address provided within 30 days of purchase with your Return Authorization number written on the outside of the package.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s) any refunds or exchange due will be processed within 14 business days.

Returns

Unopened Items must be received in a resalable condition. Returned product(s) must be in original condition in their original packaging. We offer exchange or store credit for the full product price only. We cannot accept returns of opened or used product(s), returned product(s) damaged in transit, or product(s) received more than 30 days after purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on fragrances, cosmetics, Custom Blends, hair brushes, or hair accessories. Sale items and discontinued merchandise are not returnable. Refused and returned packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returning Your Product

To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address provided with your Return Authorization number written on the outside of the package. The warehouse will not accept packages without an RA number. Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. Please send your return package via UPS or Parcel Post Insured. We can not be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so we highly recommend that you request postal parcel or UPS tracking of your return. Customers are responsible for all freight charges.

Processing Your Return

Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the product(s) less original shipping & handling costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return.
