3. Shipping Locations Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. However, if an item is temporarily unavailable at this location, we may ship your order from an alternative fulfillment center to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

4. Customs & Import Taxes We are pleased to inform our US customers that no additional customs fees or import duties will apply to their order.

1.1 Outlined return policy• You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return through our return portal.• Returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1.3 Return Costs• The applicable return label fee will be shown in the return portal before the return is completed and will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.• Please note that original shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees are non-refundable.

3. Refunds• Once we have received your return, we will process it within 7 business days. After your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund. • Please note that it may take several business days for returned packages to arrive at our warehouse and appear in the tracking system.• Additionally, depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
